My wife and I have playfully talked about moving to TN depending on how the next few years play out here in MD. The grass just keeps getting greener...

Will be back out there in a few days, maybe i’ll have my holster on for the hell of it. Gonna at least retire there eventually. I just read some of the new wokery MoCo is passing so might have to jump ship sooner than later.

Said this before here and I’m not joking, if you’d like to buy some fairly off the grid land in middle TN in a beautiful spot I can hook you up if you send a pm.

Been #1 on my list for a few years, and this change makes it... #1 with a bullet. :D

Now I'm off to look for threads in the watercooler discussing where in TN to go. Tri-Cities is top of the list so far

The Tri-Cities area is nice but tends to get more snow due to the higher elevation than south of Knoxville.

I'm not a fan of snow and we wanted to be closer to some bigger water, our place is about halfway between Knoxville and Chattanooga.

Haven’t posted in years, but I lurk. After leaving MD for WV I ended up back in NY for 5 years due to work.
U pack trailer is in the driveway. T-4 days to West Knoxville. I can smell the freedom.
