Bridgeville Rifle Club & Pistol Club Membership - Done

I have been a member of AGC/Monumental Rile & Pistol club for the last 20 years. I recently retired and moved to Delaware.

I am looking to join the Bridgeville Rifle and Pistol club.

I have an application but I need to be sponsored by a current member.

Any ideas on how to go about introducing myself to the membership?

    Update:

Just like everyone said...went to a match. The shooters outside the club sponsored me. I was there on a day a range safety briefing was being held so I to the safety briefing too. thanks for the help.

Plus one to the go shoot a match and find a member. That's how I got in years ago. In the summer they do 100 yard benchrest, IDPA, USPSA, Cowboy action, and some high power stuff too.

Congrats on you retirement and move. I did the same. Used to go to Freestate and Continental. I have been meaning to get up to Bridgeville. What day is the safety meeting? Seem like a gun range drought in LSD. But I have been busy getting settled in.
