I think friendly enough. But if they can't find proof that a rifle is cash and carry in Md. they might not sell you one if they can't look it up, etc.

Note that Virginia requires two IDs for a non-resident gun purchase.

    Purchasing a Firearm - Non-VA-Residents

Rifles and shotguns may be purchased from licensed firearms dealers by persons who are residents of other states upon the presentation of one photo-identification form issued by a governmental agency of the purchaser's state of residence and one other form of identification determined to be acceptable by the Department of Criminal Justice Services
The following secondary forms of ID are acceptable:
    A current lease.
Evidence of currently paid personal property tax or real estate tax.
A current utility or telephone bill.
    A current voter registration card.
    A current bank check.
A current passport (must include an address).
    A current automobile registration.
A current hunting or fishing license

TK Defense will be there to handle Maryland transfers. Kat will also have a few guns for sale, and will be scheduling HQL, W&C, and Utah classes.

We work closely with Virginia dealers to verify if any firearm is legal for sale in Maryland. If you have any questions, stop by our table (TK Defense) and we will be happy to help.

Do MD residents need to go through MD FFL for rifles and shotguns or is it just pay and walk out?

As long as they are Maryland legal, rifles and shotguns are cash and carry from Virginia dealers. Make sure you have photo ID and something else with your name and address on it. Car registration works just fine.

Is there a separate line for those who've already got their tickets?
