As a Maryland resident, I’m curious, as I live a stones throw from DE, are there any restrictions I should know about concerning bringing in a AR platform gun to shoot at a DE range? Barrel length limits, magazine capacity, open carry in vehicle, etc? From the little I’ve read so far DE seems not nearly as restrictive as MD. Thanks in advance!

I have a good friend who just retired and moved to De. He has all kinds of ARs and other guns. He shoots Camp Perry every year(except of course, this year). I don't think they have any weird Merrylandish restrictions on the AR15.

Yes. I'm a resident of DE. There is not restriction except suppressor and sbr. You don't need HQL like Maryland. Just show up and purchase. Regular background check applies.

    See if I’ve got this:
SBR no go in DE, even with tax stamp.
AR Pistol is OK - any length under 16”
    No suppressor.
Any AR rifle ok so long as 16”+. No barrel limitations.
Open carry okay. Concealed carry need permit.
    No mg or sbs
What is dd? It’s probably obvious but I’m having a mental block.
