Did HB125 become the law since there was no action from the Governor within the 10 day window?
Sessions in Delaware run 2 years. 2021 started the 151st Assembly which adjourns 6/30/2022 midnight.
They technically went out of Session this year around 10:45pm on 6/30/2021 IIRC.
He'll make a spectacle out of it once it is politically advantageous. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't sooner rather than later based on the Wilmington Mayor story I posted.
