Around 10:15 a.m., a 38-year-old Smyrna woman and a 47-year-old Smyrna man were arguing in the middle school’s front parking lot when the man pulled out a gun and shot the woman, said Delaware State Police spokesman Cpl. Jason Hatchell.
The man, whom police have not yet identified but said was related to the woman, fled in his car after the shooting. A school resource officer immediately began performing first aid on the woman, though was unable to save her.

I'm in Dover and didn't know about it until someone told me. It seems like ex-husband did it.
