"Section 3. Registration.

(a) General rule.--All firearms in this Commonwealth shall

be registered in accordance with this section. It shall be the

duty of a person owning or possessing a firearm to cause the

firearm to be registered. No person within this Commonwealth may

possess, harbor, have under the person's control, transfer,

offer for sale, sell, give, deliver or accept a firearm unless

the person is the holder of a valid registration certificate for the firearm. No person within this Commonwealth may possess, harbor, have under the person's control, transfer, offer for

sale, sell, deliver or accept a firearm which is unregisterable

under this act"

It’s PA. Not going to happen, and the bill’s sponsor knows it. This is a classic MD style attack, meant to make some subsequent version of the bill that “only” registers semi-autos or the like feel like a not-as-bad compromise.

Need to get the shirt to wear while I open carry my loaded handgun to let my State/Commonwealth representatives know what I think about these nonsense Gun Control laws on Second Amendment Rally day on May 6.

Just heard about this today, and I can't say I'm at all pleased.

And here we thought former AG Kane was bad!!
