Hmm I think we're on to something. If we send our trash up to PA to commit crimes we could reduce our criminals permenantly.

I heard about this on WBAL on the way home. I believe they get their news from See-BS.
The tagline was something akin to "Pennsylvania man shoots another!" then they get into "The home owner says the man broke into his house and asked the man for Oxycontin". Almost like it was an every day thing like asking to borrow a cup of sugar.
