I am an Honorably Discharged veteran. I applied for an HQL under the training exempt option. I uploaded my DD214 however the site is asking for a training exempt certificate. If I apply under the "standard" option the system asks for the name of an instructor and a certificate number. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I don't have a certificate, because I haven't taken the training since I'm not required to.

I was denied because I couldn't upload my hunters education document. After the process was completed they sent me an email and I sent a picture of it. Then it was approved that day. If it's gonna hold you up, I would say just submit the application without the upload.
