I want to bend a piece of 1 inch aluminum square tubing to make a rail for my treestand. Anyone know if there is a shop around that can do it for cheap? I just dont have the tool or machinery to do it myself. Just want something simple, literally 2 bends at 90 degrees to turn a bar into a 'U'. Shouldnt take more than a minute.
Anyone know a cheap metal workshop in Carroll/Howard area?

That will take a special set of dies to do properly. You might be better off cutting and welding it in the shape you want.
I wouldn't bend a square tube as it will get stress risers and crack. Welding sounds like a much better idea.
Why not use a section of round tubing and then you can use conduit/sch 40 Pope and a bender.
If you need square weld square stock to it afterwards. 1” square put 3/4”rigid conduit inside the tube and even bolt it.

Have you considered going to the Carroll County Technical College and seeing if someone in the welding class will cut and weld that for you?
