Please Note the significant changes that have made to the Falling Steel Divisions. This was done in an effort to reduce the number of divisions that were either unused, underused, and most often misused. The new divisions are very simple and should solve all of the problems listed above.

-Rimfire Rifle - Optics and/or Iron Sights
-Rimfire Pistol - Optics and/or Iron Sights
-Open Auto - centerfire pistols with an optic
-Auto - centerfire pistols with iron sights
-PCC - Optics and Iron Sights

damn it, still working out what kind of gear to get for stuff like this....

To start out, you need: gun, magazines, ammo and a desire to have fun. Once you want to be an actual competitor, you'll need more stuff.
I'm shooting .22 Rimfire pistol at the next match. I am not buying a dedicated holster or dedicated mag carriers. I am A-OK starting from the "Low Ready" position. I won't win, but I'll have a lot of fun and that is my goal.

What gun are you wanting to run? Most folks have multiple for common weapons and wouldn't mind letting your borrow one.
