3 lug kicks butt. If you ever think you'll own a MP5 get a can that has a 3 lug adapter available. I have the aforementioned MK9K and a Ti-Rant in 3 lug.

This is tough with a 9mm can. I have a 3-lug on one of my 9mm AR's and use a Gemtech Multimount.

I use the same setup on my 9mm aAR and my Zenith ZKE.
The Gemtech multimount is a very versatile suppressor. It was my first and I have used it on my 9mm and .22 rifles and carbines.
The 3 lug adapter is a little pricey at $150.

IMHO, 3 lug is the way to go, especially since . Would suggest using Rocksett to make sure the adapter stays in place (this is a common failure). If you are feeling like a tactical operator operating, you can get FHs and brakes for 3 lug.

As for a particular vendor, In Lead We Trust makes a VERY nice Navy-style adapter that works well with my Octane 9 and AAC FH. It is also nicely priced for what you get. The price differential over the cheaper ones is low enough that I think it's hard to justify going any other way, but YMMV.

Bingo !!! This is the route I went! But I can run any 3 lug style suppressor. I have a few different makes and models all set up for 3 lug.
