I just keep getting thrown off by "justice' I always thought it meant brought to justice now I see it means justice for the criminals I have been so naive
And I'm sure they'll hop right on it in a year or so.

Supervised probation usually means no possession of firearms. I had this happen to a client of mine, and both he AND his brother had to relocate their firearms to their mom's house. There could be no firearms in the house, even if they were not owned by my client.

You are reading that wrong it should be "just ice" system
because they like their cocktails cold but without fruit.
Justice doesn't mean what it use to, now it means the lawyers get paid, and politicians get to campaign on being tough on crime. If they actually locked the true criminals away, they wouldn't get to continue the cycle. Also they are tough on a citizen who runs afoul of the convoluted laws, because they have money to pay the lawyer, and the politicians can use them as an example in their next campaign speech.
