Are face to face transfer still allowable in MD with regards to AR10's? Any stipulations in place?

100% face to face transfer with a not prohibited person
Don't sell to a prohibited person, and definitely don't KNOW you're selling to a prohibited person. For grins, keep a record of the sale. If it feels dodgy, don't do it. But of course it is - for now - absolutely legal. Hope you make some bank and buy something you like better!

Thank you both for the response. Much appreciated.
All good points, and just to add that it needs to be in your state and BOTH parties must be residents of the state.
I would get DL # and basic info. For AR pattern stuff I also take a picture of the firearm and internals, in case some nut modifies it illegally down the line. But that's just precautionary stuff.
