October 19th shoot, what are you bringing/what do you want to shoot?

Less than a month to go till the big shoot, and lots of new members will be attending. Basically this thread is intended to match up people who want to try something out with people who own that particular weapon. Being that ammo costs are so high, it also allows time to find a box of ammo for a weapon or caliber you want to try out, and bring with you to the shoot. I personally will let anyone try out a couple rounds of my ammo through whatever I bring, but if you are seriously looking to buy, and want to try out a whole box through something, I prefer you bring the ammo with you, or buy it in the store, if it is a caliber I bring a lot of ammo for, and I have enough to spare, paying me back for a whole box would be only fair IMO.

I would like to try most any 1911/EAA witness chambered in 10MM, and an M1 carbine.

sure, it is mostly the same as the 92FS outside of the markings and sights.

Jeremy, i'll have my 1911 in .45 acp there. you can shoot all you want after we do the first steps rifle course.

Thanks, I appreciate the offer, but I worded my post poorly. I am looking to try a 10MM auto out, either in a 1911, or EAA witness, I have 1911s in 45 and 38 super, wanted to see how the big 10mm felt, and if it was worth picking up.

exercised from time to time

I'm bringing quite a few folks with me, some new shooters, some that have little or no gear, so I get to supply most of the gear for a half a dozen people. I also like to bring a decent variety for others to try out. I am also practicing for the new 18 gun competition, it is 6 times better than 3 gun
