The Wrangler is a lot of fun to shoot. My kids like it. I like it. Last year, I picked one up in black. For a little bit more, I could have bought one with the wooden talo grips. Now I wish I had done so. How do you like the birdshead grip?

They just work, don’t they? Thanks! That was the gem of the day. That wolf em really rips in this particular 452 Trainer. I like a 1/2 black dot for “rounds”. Get six on a piece of regular paper comfortably. It helps that these Trainer’s and Lux have a truly wonderful set of sights on em. Makes shooting off your front bag that easier!

I have a 455 trainer and a 455 scout that use exclusively irons. I did get a rear peep insert for my trainer - need to try it with my Wolf ammo and see how it groups. I and others get consistent hits out to 200 with those sights. Which is pretty darn good in my book!
