    Hi,

I have a (very) old winchester model '94 in .32 WINSPL which needs a barrel band (or just the screw).

Anybody have any suggestions for sourcing one and having someone check the gun for functionality / safety?

I took it completely apart and cleaned and oiled the entirety and the action is buttery smooth now, just need confirmation I did not F$%# anything up. This was my grandfather's gun and a very dear firearm.

My local Ace hardware has a couple of bins marked gunsmithing screws.
You might get lucky and find something there.

Or Numrich as pale Ryder pointed out.

Yup, found a couple that fitted my 100+ year old Model 94 to replace the ones that were buggered up. Hollow ground screw drivers are the ticket.
