    Hello,
    I'm looking to switch my Ruger Precision Rifle 6.5CM Stock from the Fatory to a Magpul PRS Stock. I have the Stock and Buffer tube required to make the change. What I don't have is the tools to make it happen the Castle Nut Tool and the vise. I'm located in Pasadena MD 21122 would drive within 30minutes and pay to have someone install the correct part.

    Looking to have it done while I wait.
