It's time to bring back the public, town square style, this is what we do to criminals who harm others, style of punishment.

Let folks get an up-close and personal taste of what real pain looks like, feels like, and sounds like.

This may stop some folks from inflicting pain on others.

New stabbing limits to be imposed. No one will be allowed to stab more than 7 people at a time.
