On Tuesday, May 12, on the Capitol steps in Harrisburg, Second Amendment supporters, state lawmakers and pro-gun organizations will be holding the annual Second Amendment action day at 10 a.m. The keynote speaker will be Sheriff Richard Mack, former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, and the only sheriff in American history to sue the federal government and win a landmark case against national gun control laws.
