I'm trying to determine which Non-Resident Permits PA will accept.

It seems like Texas is the only reciprocity agreement, that does not require you to be a resident of Texas.

Anyone else have any other solutions ?

correct. and that could change if the PA AG decides to tear up the agreement like she did with FL, VA, UT, AZ and MS

Texas is it, however you can transport loaded with ANY permit, and OC everywhere but Philly without one.

Thanks guys, I did look and look, and yeah, I only found Texas.

I don't mind the trip at all, but I'd be concerned that it will be a waste as it seems Kane is going through all the reciprocity agreements and changing them to be for residents only.

Her law license was suspended by the PA Supreme Court IIRC. But nothing else has changed AFAIK. Maybe if she's booted from office or indicted.

    one can hope.

As noted, any licence allows loaded carry, not just transport in your car(other than Phila). Open carry legal and generally accepted ( not legal in Phila).

I did a Texas trip. Easy peezy. Just make sure to get your application number by starting the process on line first, and scheduling your finger prints in advAmce to be done in Texas.

the bad part is you have to go to Texas to get the training, like NV.

You don't have to go to Utah to get Utah permit training. I can teach it in any state, some foreign countries or even in international waters.

You MUST have a PA permit to Open Carry when they are under a State of Emergency.
They are currently under one now and are quite frequently

I can't recall ever seeing anyone ever OC in PA. Is it really "generally accepted"?
