    Hi all,

New member here and although I have a G17 & G30 from years ago I'm essentially new to firearms. I've taken some training courses in the past month and am awaiting my HQL.

I have a ton of questions and have learned a lot from lurking the forum but there's so much info it can be overwhelming, so just trying to take my time.

Been spending time at the range getting familiar with my Glocks as well as renting other handguns. I've shot a G19, G43x, p365, p365XL, & VP9. Of all the guns including the ones I own the VP9 is the one I feel most comfortable shooting.

A couple of my initial goals are to:

    1. Identify a handgun for conceal carry. Of the guns I've shot so far I'm giving the slight edge to the G43x over the p365XL, but since I liked the VP9 I'd want to try a VP9SK out.
    2. Obtain an AR-15. Still lots of research to do there (manufacturer, MD Legal, build my own, etc.)

Looking for to continue to learn from the community!

    Welcome !

    Answer #1 - You already have G30 .

Answer #2 - If your LGS ( preferably an MDS Industry Partner ) has it on his shelf , it's Maryland complient .

Yep, got the G30, that's an option as well, researching holsters for it now.
