Finished pulling the last 50 of the 8mm Iranian I got last year. I did actually get this ammo to work reliably by putting a heavy spring in my Persian Mauser but reloading them and measuring the powder out better in a slightly tamer load is more consistent.
I have about 250 Bullets there. I had already used up 150 with about 80 loaded up in the 8mm cases I have.

Who wants some corrosive Berdan primed brass?

1000 9mm, 500 .223. Popped my first primer on a hard seat in the Dillion. Damn mixed case 9mm, a lot of tight pockets on wcc brass. Was surprising..

If you look, you will see those WCC 9mm cases have crimped in primers. They must be from a government order. I ran into the same thing last week with some range pick ups. Maybe some people are buying contract overruns that are just getting released.

I, however, don't push that hard when seating primers. :innocent0

Loaded up some 158gr 357 magnum to evaluate some old powder I have.
I have 1# of 40+ year old 296, 3# of old (age unknown) 296 and last years H110.
Loaded 10 rounds with each powder, same load and going to check the speed tomorrow before turkey time.

Fired my test of old 296 powders in my Henry 357.
Got about 1510fps for all my 296 (42 years old, old unknown, new) with 158gr Hornady's.
Loaded up a box of 380 for the first time in 40 years. Used 90gr Hornady XTP that I just got from Cabella's.
De-primed, tumbled, dried, sized about 100 brass, then loaded up 50 of them.
I'll check these out next time at my friends in WV.

Sized and tumbled 60 6mm ARC brass. Called giruard and ordered case holder for the trimmer and ordered the AMP pilot for annealer. I should have ordered that stuff a while back, but getting forgetful in my old age

Sat at my bench today and concerned with dread, with visions of finding primers dancing in my head. Waiting and wondering with dread why we can't find projectile heads. Cases an powders are difficult to find with thoughts of 2A in the back of my mind. So hope to all, that the end ammo short fall goes away once and all.

Resized 150 once fired LC 7.62 brass that must have been fed through the largest chamber the military has in its arsenal. Seriously I've bought once fired mil brass before but this stuff was ridiculous. My arm couldn't take anymore so I called it a day. Only 850 more to go.

Took 8 weeks but finally it showed up today. This thing is pretty legit, took a little tweaking to get the charge throw under 10 seconds but all good now. I'll have to reverify all my loads now.

After I built my bench , I got an Inline Fabrications mount for the rockchucker. Really made a big difference in sturdiness and now the height is perfect sitting on a stool
