Does anyone have an interest in organizing gun owners to persuade our county commissioners and/or county law enforcement to declare this a 2nd Amendment sanctuary county?

Are you in a club? The sportsmen's club association would handle what you are asking. You have to be a delegate of a club and a member of that club to attend the meetings.
I am in Washington and I can tell you the County Commissioners listen to them.

Once you become active on the forum and have access to all the areas you'll find plenty of "Hooligan Shoot" threads. You are certainly welcome to join us at the range early some Sunday morning to introduce yourself in person.
