The letter we got was an accusation of MDS being a nest of white supremacy and militia activity and that we are being reported to "the authorities" as a hate site.

Y'all know how I roll on this stuff.

Once we do our homework, we'll be transparent as always to the extent that we can.

    Oh, no! Not The Authorities!!

They might send trolls here to discourage us or search for "loopholes" in their laws, and moles every winter to come here and ask us how to write better bills to further oppress us.

We are so fortunate, to have escaped the attention of our Authorities for so long.

I'm in the same boat with my kids. Kids are being fed the "good" kind of socialism and they hear it so often and so consistently from the left that it becomes their truth. Civics and History are being cancelled in school, replaced by the 1619 project which is simple journalistic ideology not actual history. Fascism is really like communism as it's only about obedience and control. We have a lot of imbeciles on the left throwing around the Nazi and Fascist and racist labels. Just ponder these two thoughts. The left and the democrats are so hypersensitive to racism yet they elected a legit racist. They will, in the long run save us a lot of time and money as we won't have to fabricate stories and twist the spoken word to convince everyone Biden is a racist. He's already proved it. They call Trump a Fascist (imbeciles again) yet after they think they won the election they set out to identify and mark all the folks who've supported or worked for the Trump administration as well as financial supporters for punishment. That is fascism pure and simple. Communism has a term for these imbeciles...useful idiots.
Theres nothing wrong with liberals. Liberals I can handle and work with. Liberals aren't driving cancel culture, ANTFA or BLM for that matter. The far left is. It's the far left and their control of main stream media that we need to worry about.

I believe this person is what you would call a "troll". OK, I'll bite. The 2A is a right to self defense that is given to us by God, not the the government, and is inalienable (can not be separated) from any human being. The 2A is an individual right under the Bill of Rights, just as the other first 10 amendments are. We know this because we can read the writings of those that wrote the Constitution. I have no idea who this person is, but if he really was in the poop holes on this planet on "two way shooting ranges" then he should know he was there to liberate those people who did not have the means to defend themselves from oppression. And as he wrote, "fat Bob" isn't going to go marching off to war.... I do know one thing, you anit going to kick in "fat Bob's" front door and stuff him on a 40 and 8 rail car to a camp before he takes a couple of storm troopers with him.

    Same here

My uncle went ashore in the first wave on Omaha Beach...he was a platoon leader. The only time he ever talked about it was when I asked if he saw "Saving Private Ryan". He looked at me and simply said "That's just Hollywood" and it was obvious that's all he would say on the subject. He did talk about the funnier parts of Army life during the war...he had been in ROTC in high school and when in basic training the Army wanted him to go to officer's school. He said he had already seen the stats on the life expectancy of junior officers in combat so he declined. He then said that about midnight that night when he was cleaning latrines with a toothbrush he decided to rethink that position.

The last time I saw my uncle before he passed away (in his 90s) he suddenly started talking about his combat experiences...the hedgerows and when he was seriously wounded outside of St. Lo and invalided out of combat.

When he was wounded it was thought he wouldn't make it so all his personal belongings were sent back to the states. He was unconscious for days...a Catholic Chaplain didn't know what to say over my uncle since he was a Jew as far as last rites. There was a Jewish medic there who volunteered to say Kaddish...or Mourners prayer...over my uncle. As he was saying it my uncle awoke and finished saying it and recovered. Some years later a different uncle was visiting NY for business and while there another said to him he knew someone with the same last name...my Mom's family has a very unique last name...never heard it anywhere else...it turned out to be the medic that saved my other uncle! Strange things happen.

All four of my mom's brothers served during the war and all saw combat...two in Europe and two in the Pacific...and all four came home. Her family was very fortunate. Only one is left now...and he's another who doesn't talk about his wartime experiences other than he was a loader on a 40mm mount on a destroyer. In a letter to my mom I found after she passed I found he wrote his destroyer was in Tokyo Bay for the surrender and was anchored by a half-sunken Japanese battleship.

While it's understandable veterans don't like to talk about what they experienced...we've lost a lot of history due to that unwillingness to open up. Such men should be revered and I'm afraid that is lost on many today.

My Dad was the same way never talked about it even when I went in the Navy in 66. When he was in his 80's I herd him tell one of my co workers that his ship was sunk in a battle and he finally told me about it. The guys back then had some balls.

Before I get into this, I am an Army Vet, I've been around the world 5x, and been on a two way range a few times. I'm an NRA member, and have enough guns to be happy, and I love shooting.

I've lurked around this board for years, never commenting simply cause the temperament of this forum. For the most part, this forum promotes the type of paranoia, and fear mongering that spreads and perpetuates racism, and bigotry in America.

The 2nd Amendment in truth was not speaking to every Tom, Dick, and Harry having a firearm. It spoke specifically of a Well Regulated Militia, and their right to keep and bear arms. The "Well Regulated" is referring to properly trained, supplied, and disciplined citizens. The "Militia", a group of citizen "soldiers" that can fill the ranks of our regular army. The right of the people, to keep and bear arms, simply refers to those people who are in the militia, with the idea of protecting the land from foreign governments and enemies the same.. reserve military.

The 2nd was not based on some lose interpretation of some British constitution. It was specifically written to create the idea of having basically a reserve army. It was NOT intended to create this mass hysteria of raising your guns to our government, and everyone having guns to just have guns.

Often times we argue about Dems vs Republicans in this idea that Dems want to take guns, but no one ever has any real proof yet we allow this to divide and often influence decisions. The right, so interpreted by our law makers gives you the ability to have such firearms, why bicker about it? You have your right now, buy what you can and be happy.

It is my personal belief, the only people that should have firearms are those that are willing to stand in the Armed Forces and fight for the country. Fat Bob isn't going to do it, slacked jawed Becky isn't going to do it, neither is De'Onte, or a Sharita.. who will are the able bodied Americans, whether Black, Asian, White, Latin American or other.

The so called "Patriots" and "Oath Keepers", are keeping what oath exactly? They are not keeping any military oath, nor any citizen oath. Education is free here: Military Oath = Armed combatant, defending the entire body of the US, not the written constitution. Citizenship Oath = Help in a NON COMBATANT form to defend the entire body of the US.

In all, we are all Americans, and all willing to fight foreign govts. Reading some of the posts on this forum is a sense sickening, to see people all to willing to take up arms against other Americans cause you may or may not have to register your guns.

I took a real oath 4x, and volunteered 5x for missions most of the 2A nuts piss their beds about. I have yet to fathom the idea of arming myself to fight our Govt, that's called a Coupe.. and not any part of any oath I took. Nor have I thought I would have to arm myself to fight other Americans cause of a very valid election process.

Of course this will piss people off, they have Midol for that, take two and relax. Just my opinion, and simple observation... we are all entitled to our beliefs, that's what makes America Great, not some foolish loudmouth with a mic.

And no just no! To all of this! Especially the part about driving a coupe! :lol2:
It's really too bad that people do not know or understand our history! It's obvious they aren't teaching it in schools anymore! They apparently aren't teaching it in the military either. I think they should!

You stated - The 2nd Amendment in truth was not speaking to every Tom, Dick, and Harry having a firearm. It spoke specifically of a Well Regulated Militia, and their right to keep and bear arms. I assume you have read the Militia Acts of 1792. If you have not, you need to do so. The 2A refers to the average citizen and that DOES NOT mean someone who has severed in the military, reserves, etc. as a prerequisite of being part of an active militia. The average citizen was expected to maintain a certain level of training, maintain a firearm (the latest rifle of the time), have a specific amount of ammo, and to be able to muster in a specific amount of time, etc. So to answer your question, the Well Regulated Militia and the writing of the 2A by the founding fathers did not and will never mean that to be part of the militia you must have prior military training. That is the approach that these left wing Marxist will have you believe.

    It's by design.

All too many today don't realize the Nazis are here and well organized and well financed...under the names ANTIFA and BLM.

The poor state of education today...particularly history, economics and political science is so deplorable.

The poor state of education is by design. The plan to destroy the U.S. starts by first destroying it's history.
