This is fresh off the presses in conjunction with our Demogauge-in-Chief's EOs
    https://www.atf.gov/file/100871/download

Guidance to help you understand when a Federal
Firearms License is required under federal law.

    Interesting note on page 2...

The guidance set forth herein has no regulatory effect and is not intended
to create or confer any rights, privileges, or benefits in any matter, case, or
    proceeding, see United States v. Caceres, 440 U.S. 741 (1979).

They're all cloak-and-dagger moves and though I'm no lawyer, I have a strange feeling that his moves would survive legal scrutiny. Just a hunch I have...

Plan D? Not worth the hassle.
I realize this is an older thread, but in spite of Obama's and ATF's verbiage about FFL licensing, it looks like MD will succeed in blocking you even if you wished to comply.

Ever wonder if you need a lic from.MD to run a business in PA as a delware corporation?

If so on what basis? And under what jurisdiction ?

Then again none of this has been.litigated, never mind post Heller.

Can the fed deny a lic to conduct a firearms.businesses given that the person satisfies the federal requirements for such lic.

Can the state obstruct such a business operating under federal license?

    Far from.clear..

My bet...this is never enforced for fear of the coming litigation..

Post Heller is a big deal..
