This is NOT about the Coronavirus threat.
This SPONSOR-ONLY TESTIMONY was decided before they substituted the Coronavirus threat as their excuse.
This is occurring because they have far more proposed bills that they want to ram through than they can properly hear.
This is not government by the consent of the governed; this is government by the consent only of the government.
