Apologize if this is already on here somewhere. I attempted to use the search feature. Anyways, straight from his FB. I have to say I am a big supporter.

Law enforcement should not be allowed to use firearms that are prohibited for use by Law-Abiding Citizens. For the reason, I am having an EMERGENCY Bill drafted that will:

    1) Prohibit any law enforcement officer from owning, carrying or using in the field of service, any firearm, clip or magazine or other feature and or accessory deemed banned or illegal for the use and or possession of law-abiding citizens.

    2) Prohibit all state agencies from purchasing or using in the field of service, any firearm clip or magazine or other feature and or accessory deemed banned or illegal for the use and or possession of law-abiding citizens.

The intent of this legislation it to prohibit any State agency from having the authority to use any firearm and or accessory that is illegal for law-abiding citizens to own and or use.

    Constitutionally yours,
    Delegate Don Dwyer, Jr.

I'm sure they will laugh at him and brand him as an extremist, but I like his intentions.

I support this. Just look at what happened in California with Doner. Just in case one of our LEOs goes crazy, we don't want him having such dangerous munitions at his disposal.

    I like it, too.

Interesting enogh, departmentally issued patrol rifles - AR type - are to be loaded with a 30 rounder. Those that are personally owned and approved for the program are to use 20.

There is little reason, logic, understanding....etc.

I like it but does that mean SWAT has to give up all their toys too?
