    FIrearms Policy Coalition (FPC) tweeted the ATF has backed off and withdrew the new “guidance”.

    Just keep in mind, it is still considered by the ATFE, not legal to shoulder braces. ;)

    I watched several reviews the Ruger PC Charger on youtube. They all held it like a rifle. Lots of video evidence for all to see should it be pressed.
    ...and that's what shoved the bug up the ATF's azz. That's also what brought about the 'first' brace reconsideration. :cool:

    Yup, but should the manufacturers be held responsible for people using the product incorrectly? An age-old question.

    For the manufacturer question, I guess my answer would be, depends on how they are marketing the part. SB Tactical posts current ATF guidences on their web site and usually include same in print inside their product containers.
