Magazine Fed 12 gauge legal in MD?

Hello,

I am attempting to determine whether an Emperor Mogul Mega mag fed 12 gauge is legal to possess in MD.

Please do forgive me if this was already discussed. I searched this particular firearm with no luck

As long as it doesn't come with mags over 10 rounds...

I got a mag fed VR80 12 gauge last year...

Good Deal

My main concern was the birds head handle option (also sold with pistol grip butt stock) it came with and being center fire. I just didn’t want to unknowingly end up screwing myself if I chose to purchase from an adjacent state gun show.

The various FSA rules for ( centerfire semiautomatic) Rifles do not apply to shotguns .

Revolving magazine shotguns are banned by category , and Streetsweaper banned by name , but the only issue with magazine fed shotguns is 10rd capacity .

You may not Purchase , sell, offer to sell, build, give away , within Maryland ( other than certain exempted classes ) .

You can HAVE mags over 10 rounds. You have to acquire them out of state and transport them back into MD yourself.
