    What constitutes to an illegal shot gun. I am looking into semi auto magazine fed shot guns, but from what I am reading and based on whats on the market, what type of shot guns are banned from Maryland. The literature on banned firearms is a little confusing.

    Folding stock on semi-auto.

    Revolving cylinder (street sweeper which is NFA anyways and a POS).


    And whatever was on the previously regulated (banned since 2013) long gun listing.

    SPAS-12 is one of the named banned ones. Can't recall any others off the top of my head.

    Palmetto arms has had the jts ones in stock
    Looked for the lynx but couldn’t find one
    Kalashnikova USA also has some around but more $
    Think Atlantic also has had jts in stock recently
    All should be GTO in the People’s Republic of MD
