Got to handle one yesterday. The sights are interesting to say the least as there's no front sight. Sig calls it a Flush-Mounted FT Bullseye Fiber-Tritium Night Sight. It's hard to explain but when you bring it up to aim you don'r really see anything until you point it at a target, then you see the green tritium dot almost like a laser  Then I was told it probably won't be available in MD until March. If it's the same gun with different sights why does it have to go to the review board? or does it? Link https://www.sigsauer.com/store/p365-sas.html

Because it's a different model number. The roster had several Sig product lines scheduled to be updated to "All" including the P365 however they didn't change it. They added the XL, removed the NRA one, and left specific model numbers. It's stupid, but it's Maryland where apparently a manual safety model needs to be reviewed because it somehow might be deadlier then the one without a safety. It won't be available until they actually add the 365-9-SAS-C product number or change the listing to "All".
