    So was looking at this one, always wanted a DD, when I messaged Sales they said "The length is not the issue. MD's gun laws do not allow this barrel profile so it is not legal there. It is not an approved heavy barrel by the MD DOJ" So I've only recently moved back into MD, was out of the country for the last 6 or so years. Trying to wrap my head around the laws here now is making my brain hurt. I'd love to buy, but they seem to imply that there is no way for me to legally own this rifle here? Even if I legally acquired it outside of MD and brought it here?

    The guy at Daniel is mistaken. They advertise it as "heavy" so it's good in MD. I'm sure you can find a dealer that will order one for you.
