I wouldn't be frying SPAM without wearing underwear!
I have my good cooking apron on when I'll working in the kitchen .
They don't have them any more but Glock had black shop aprons with the logo on it and that's what I use cooking and doing BBQ. Go's well with Crocks

It’s a staple if you’ve ever lived in the Pacific islands.
Spam musubi is very popular.
Fried Spam with eggs and fried rice is awesome.
Spam omelette, spam sandwiches , spam fried rice ,
Spam bean soup, spam salad, spam rolls, spam stew, spam with vegetables etc.
Use it like you would use ham or bacon to flavor dishes. Cuts down on the salt.

Had to work in Hawaii for a few weeks once and Spam Musubi was my go to breakfast , My local coworkers would give me the Eye when I put mustard on it , one finally tried it and declared it safe than some others followed .
