    Hello all, been a while since I've visited the forums. Anyway, I recently moved back to the DMV area and want to get back into the CMP matches that the Thurmont range runs periodically. I saw that their next match is next month but their site also says the rifle range is closed due to maintenance. Anyone know if they are still running the matches as scheduled? Thanks.

    Hello Shooter88 - I do not know about the matches at Thurmont, but the Seneca Valley Club hosts monthly NRA sanctioned hi-power matches at the Damascus IWLA. The first one is actually being held today, and then they will be monthly on a Saturday morning through about October. There is also the regional CMP match at Camp Butner coming up in late April. I have not heard yet if they will be having it with Covid, but if it is on, I will be there along with some friends. It is a great match and venue. Let me know if you would like more info.
