    Out of all the years I have lived in SOMD, I have not gone to any drag races over at MDIR yet. There are only a few weekend events remaining on the calendar this year but they don't really mention a good schedule, only event of the day. What time of day is recommended to head over there and watch for a while? I imagine the test and tune days will run all day long but is there an actual schedule on big sponsored event days?

    What time of day should one go? All I see calendar dates of events on certain days, but nothing about a schedule of events during each specific day, if there is one.

    Calvert County
    Gates open at 9am.

    Time Trials start at 10.

    Car Show from 10-2

    class eliminations start approximately 2pm.

    I would say noonish, plenty of time to take in the car show and then the eliminations start at 2pm.

    Sundays Grudge racing, gates open at 11. All day grudge racing. scoreboards are turned off. so if thats your thing. either way it should be a nice weekend.
