Sounds like something Buttigieg would be interested in pursing.

McCloskey says he has never been a Democrat, but just never got political.
So they both have pled guilty to misdemeanors and agreed to turn over their firearms. So much for donating to his Senate campaign.

But since they don't lose their right to have them, they could have stopped by an LGS on the way home from court to pick up new ones.

They only reason for them to plead guilty is because they really didn’t care about standing up for their 2A rights. I’m not saying that I would risk going to
Jail and losing my business either if I were in their shoes. It just seems like they had a pretty good case and the connections and resources to make a stand.

They were thrust into this situation. I don't blame them for wanting out. I don't blame them one bit. They didn't ask for this...
Of they come out of this not prohibited, fine enough considering the CF it was from the get go.

Thanks for finding that, it's a better outcome than the first article I posted indicated. But even so, if they're not prohibited, and they own other firearms, and the case is over, why didn't they get their property back? They are serving no further evidentiary purpose. Hopefully more info will follow.
