    VC made 1911 copy. This was on display at a now defunct military museum in Florida. Too bad no paperwork but still an interesting relic from the Vietnam War.

    I definitely would not want to shoot this thing! I really like the water buffalo horn grips!! If you look at the second picture the end of the drill bit can be seen at the top hole.

    That was made with a 0% lower and for that matter upper. Incredibly cool, sort of like the Chinese and Afghan home made guns from the early 1900’s

    Some Vietnamese dudes are incredible handyman. They can jury-rigged lot of stuff like MacGyver.

    Have you disassembled it? Maybe they used a 45 barrel

    I recently had to trade it to a friend who sold me a SKS & P38 on one bring back paper. I hated to part with it. I was afraid of taking the gun apart and not being able to put it back together. My friend is a gunsmith and he took it apart and fixed the issue of the magazine not going all the way in and the slide not racking back. He said the barrel was not GI and appeared to be two pieces put together.
