F#ck those price gouging douch bags. There is an honest difference between making a buck and suck blood. Everyone is free to choice who they buy from, I hope people choose not to buy there.

Here is the exact communication I had with these pricks. This is in their words. Other states are in similar situations. Instead of trying to help us, after profiting from us in the past, they are choosing to punish us. We are their customers under the yoke of a rogue legislature. Our brothers and sisters in other states should know about CTD. Who do we tell? Other forums?

Interesting. I got a nice response to my cancellation email saying my account had been closed and I was removed from the mailing list. That sounds like BS they can't close an active account due to "tax purposes".

Since they wouldn't delete my account I filled my profile in with "nonsense" information. This will hopefully 100% prevent any future mailings or solicitations. Plus, if they sell their customer lists my info. will be useless to whomever buys it.

I can no longer sign in to my account, therefore I believe they did in fact close it. You might try calling customer support. You may have just gotten an uninformed employee ("P") when you first tried.
