    I have worked Habitat for Humanity in the city.

    NOTHING surprises me. No one cares. And when the see the plight of people in the city, you know exactly why.

    The trouble with the condemnation orders is that the stupid city Finance department refuses to give up on lost causes, believing it will hurt the city credit rating. A lot of these buildings have decades old tax liens that the city will never collect, but they refuse to write it off and condemn the building.

    And yet the climate change wackos complain about how much beef I eat instead of all the green space that could be created.

    Good on those guys putting in the work to improve the neighborhood. :):thumbsup:

    However based on street view of that neighborhood, Baltimore has an unfortunate lack of public trashcans in the hood.

    Obviously public trashcans would not stop all litter, but it would help lazy people make the right choice.
