My apologies for failing to post up... the pause in between meetings messed me up.
Hershon bringing up the unconstitutionality of G&S. Reading Bowen’s brief in Whalen v HPRB.
MoCo attorney thinks that Woolard happened after Wren.
B says that the letter from the farm stated that the applicant would be more comfortable carrying a firearm. MSP did contact his employer, says that most of the farm’s operation happened in Delaware. MSP said that they need documents that the farm is an actual business.
MSP’s position is that his cowboy activities are a hobby and not a profession. Says that his investigator told him he should apply that way and that he didn’t know the importance of applying as a biz owner.
Crowley just said that the applicant chose to operate in cash only and that doesn’t make it a cash based business and advised him to get an LLC.
