Applicant said that he did have a permit but she was very independent and isn’t always with him. Duh.

Applicant works in a secure facility for a banking institution.

Wife’s husband is downstairs, Taylor went to fetch him so this case is taking a pause for the cause.

Applicant says that he travels all over MD competing in rodeos and is describing the various rodeo disciplines. Can I call them disciplines?

Says that he carries cash for application fees and also from his winnings.

Smails keeps interrupting Hershon’s questioning of his client. He asked the applicant if he knew what a Schedule C was? Applicant told him that he did not, then Smails asked him who does his taxes? An accountant was the answer.

Did they put this one on hold - I left when she started.

My apologies for failing to post up... the pause in between meetings messed me up.

B says that the letter from the farm stated that the applicant would be more comfortable carrying a firearm. MSP did contact his employer, says that most of the farm’s operation happened in Delaware. MSP said that they need documents that the farm is an actual business.

MSP’s position is that his cowboy activities are a hobby and not a profession. Says that his investigator told him he should apply that way and that he didn’t know the importance of applying as a biz owner.
