    Just heard on WBAL that the Phoenix is selling their building to HoCo and will merge with Ellicott Mills Brewing up the street.

    The two companies will start their combined operation starting 1 January.

    Does the same guy own the Phoenix who owned it maybe 8 or 10 years ago?

    Hopefully it goes well. I always liked the brewing company way more than the phoenix so hopefully they don 't screw it up.
