I am looking for someone for a one time clean up of the landscaping to get a house ready for sale. The house has been vacant for some time so this job is more about brush cutting and removal than mowing. The house is waterfront, a little over 1/2 acre, but the area between the house and water is overgrown with vines and weeds and a steep enough slope that it will be mostly hand work.
Located in Arnold MD (Annapolis area) it is part of an estate so it must be sold but want to maximize the value.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
