So it appears there is a paper work issue with his filing. Um he never signed it. But the cosigners verified his ghost signature. :innocent0

Normally I don't like lawsuit like this, but this does bring questions. How did the witnesses verify a non existent signature? Could/should they be in legal trouble?

I expect some judge will laugh it off, but it seems like more puppet Government installation. Maybe they will find the real one one somewhere, they accidently sent a test version.

I think this just goes to the sense of entitlement that the lefty political establishment feels about, well, everything. Rules for thee, not for me. Wreck your life on the shoals of the judiciary when you make a mistake, but they get to launch a heat-seeking lawyer into the right hallway at the courthouse and make it all go away when it impacts them - AND have the press somehow turn it into a noble triumph if it preserves lefty power.

If he is disqualified there still is the opportunity for voter to submit his name as a "write-in."
    § 24.2-648. Write-in votes on voting equipment - Virginia
§ 24.2-644. Voting by paper ballot; voting for write-in...

    This.

Why did mayors tell police to stand down during antifa or blm riots, but bust heads/deny permits for conservative rallies?

'Cause antifa and blm will go to war but conservatives use peaceful means through the system.

Guess who has the power and to whom the laws apply?

    DUNNO!

    https://www.wavy.com/news/politics/...eeks-dismissal-of-gop-lawsuit-over-paperwork/

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Democrat Terry McAuliffe asked a court to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Virginia Republicans that seeks to remove him from the ballot in this year’s closely watched race for governor over an alleged paperwork error.

In a filing Friday evening, attorneys for the former governor now running for a second term against GOP nominee Glenn Youngkin said the suit was based on a “legal lie” and would effectively invalidate hundreds of thousands of votes cast in the Democratic primary.

    Up to the Courts. :o

The BOE should just tell him "tough luck".

But, the court will say something like "in the interest of not disenfranchising minority voters, he'll be on the ballot".

Read the article and guess what? It's a Trump issue according to the Dems! And the rules are for everyone else but them.

Hope it gets more attention so VA folks can see it.

Unless the world actually spins backwards while Hell simultaneously freezes over , and he's removed from the ballots , the Dems and their PR Dept aka mass media , will just spin it was GOP/ Conservative / Libertarians being pathetic contemptible sore losers .

It’s absolutely what seems to be an endlessly forgiving judiciary system when a democratic issue comes to light. Repetitively.
