This one focused on the McCloskeys. A deliberate, bald faced lying misrepresentation of what happened. Pure slanted revisionism. These guys, the LP, are straight up evil. A lot of the noisy left just seem to be arrested development morons, but these guys are genuinely sinister.

Seeing that LP ad on Fox News and talking about them pulling guns on peaceful protests... Outright lies. Another said Biden got tons more people watching than trump during the conventions. Can they be sued for lying?

if my understanding is correct, that the mob/protestors broke or violated a gate into private property, then this is complete BS. esp with the backstory all across the USA with rioters, firebombs, violence, etc. they cannot be proactive on their own front lawn? in hindsight, sure, the mob didn't burn the place down, but also, this couple didn't fire on them, just being proactive. the best defense is a good offense, something like that... did anyone in the mob even get a minor ticket? sure that answer is 'no.'

George Soros and his money speaks volumes...and the McCloskeys will pay the price regardless whether they're pardoned. All the States Attorneys around the country elected with Soros money are in the starting blocks waiting to do the same to any other citizens who defend themselves from the insurrectionists.

It was also reported the police found it inoperative and reversed it to a serviceable state...then the state's attorney charged the McCloskeys with the offense.

I assume she's a protected class, with all the assets of government to back her up, and immune from lawsuits based on her official actions. The outraged citizenry are welcome to bankrupt themselves seeking a just judgement.

Pretty sure prosecutors have qualified immunity.

I think the only way they could get her is if it could be proven that she fixed the gun in order to make the charge.

Just need to throw everything into getting them acquitted.

Unfortunately we're in an era where the investigators need investigating all too often. Too many levels where any RICO investigation of Soros would hit stone walls and get derailed.

A circuit judge has just disqualified the prosecuting DA from the McCloskey case ... and her entire office.

He doesn’t pull punches about her politicizing and fundraising around the case. So that means this goes to a different prosecutor, but that’s what McCloskey wanted, and I’m sure will renew righteous efforts to have those absurd charges dropped.
