Finding a complete and correct A1 upper is a challenge, there just are not many around.
I bought one of these a few years ago, they are not cheap and have gone up in price since I bought mine, but the quality is top shelf, and mine is an excellent shooter....

You could try the usual suspects like Gunbroker, but they don't come up very often from what I can see.
