Back in October posted about having trouble sighting a Rem 1100 cant riffled barrel. Tried just about all brands of sabots. Best that it would produce was a 6" to 8" zero. Switched scope but that didn't help. Noted that the syn forearm was extremely tight. Using a Dremel, reworked the forearm so that it was basically free floating. Went back to the range last week and shot a 1 1/4" group with Remington Accu Tip. Problem corrected.

The Remington Accu Tip ammo is very good stuff. I've found it to be extremely accurate in my Savage 220 and Browning with cantilever scope mount. Glad you got it worked out.

Went thru the same thing with an 11-87. Remington's rifle twist rate is different and it only likes accutips or rem ammo. The other thing I fond out was the barrel will foul with plastic after 3 three shots. I highly recommend brownells sabot cleaner to remove and clean the barrels.
