    Not sure where to post this but it is a Beretta Xtrema 2 Shotgun. I just wanted to praise the Beretta customer Service on Fixing my Shotgun that I bought used for no cost.
    They get a Double Thumbs up and two finger snaps.

    If you don't mind me asking.... what was wrong with it?

    I bought the Extrema 2 from a Boat salesman buddy who needed the cash, He only shot one box of shells thru the gun at a trap range. Anyway I hunted with the gun and killed some geese with it last year, shot some trap with it, did not think anything else of the gun. So this summer I sold the gun to a buddy of mine. He could not hit the broad side of the barn with the gun. I would sshoot it and not miss. So thru the power of the internet he decides to pattern the gun, it shot crazy bad, I suggested he shim the gun. which he did and got the shot pattern where it was supposed to be except it was sahooting 16-18 inches to the left. Long story short I bought the gun back and took it to Beretta in Accokeek. The had it 3 weeks and found the choke was bored crooked and repaired it. It shoots where it is supposed to go!! oh this gun is over 5 years old, with two owners. so I am happy, may have to by a 9MM from them.
