    I was just on Instagram and saw what appears to be poorly packaged “survival food.”
    With the pandemic I encourage anyone looking into this type of stuff to do your best in researching these companies/products.
    Call me paranoid but I’m not paying for poison should this be the case! See link below:

    I don’t use any companies but if I were to I’d go with the suggestions of the YouTube channels I follow.

    These guys are NOT who would be my first choice or second or even third. Better than nothing but... IMO, you can get a bunch of broccoli and cheese and mac n cheese in a bag and be just as well off. They ain’t cheap. Stick with good basics like rice and oats and beans vacuum sealed. Then go with solid companies or LDS in cans and freeze dried or dehydrated. Solid food. Not powdered crap.
