It may shock many of you to learn that, after 3+ weeks, I still haven’t received a response from Trone.

You are more likely to get a response by complaining about one of his stores, Total Wine, than you are getting a response from his House of Representatives office.

Here are some interesting points to think about prior to 2020, especially to my friends on the fence, like moderate Democrats, Libertarians and Independents and the never Trump Republicans and those thinking of "walking away" from the Democratic Party.

Women are upset at Trump's naughty words -- they also bought 80 million copies of 50 Shades of Gray.

Not one feminist has defended Sarah Sanders. It seems women's rights only matter if those women are liberal.

No Border Walls. No voter ID laws. Did you figure it out yet? But wait... there's more.

Chelsea Clinton got out of college and got a job at NBC that paid $900,000 per year. Her mom flies around the country speaking out about white privilege.

And just like that, they went from being against foreign interference in our elections to allowing non-citizens to vote in our elections.

President Trump's wall costs less than the Obamacare website. Let that sink in, America.

We are one election away from open borders, socialism, gun confiscation, and full-term abortion nationally. We are fighting evil.

They sent more troops and armament to arrest Roger Stone than they sent to defend Benghazi.

60 years ago, Venezuela was 4th on the world economic freedom index. Today, they are 179th and their citizens are dying of starvation. In only 10 years, Venezuela was destroyed by democratic socialism.

Russia donated $0.00 to the Trump campaign. Russia donated $145,600,000 to the Clinton Foundation. But Trump was the one investigated!

Nancy Pelosi invited illegal aliens to the State of the Union. President Trump Invited victims of illegal aliens to the State of the Union. Let that sink in.

A socialist is basically a communist who doesn't have the power to take everything from their citizens at gunpoint ... Yet!

How do you walk 3000 miles across Mexico without food or support and show up at our border 100 pounds overweight and with a cellphone?

Alexandria Ocasio Cortez wants to ban cars, ban planes, give out universal income and thinks socialism works. She calls Donald Trump crazy.

Bill Clinton paid $850,000 to Paula Jones to get her to go away. I don't remember the FBI raiding his lawyer's office.

I wake up every day and I am grateful that Hillary Clinton is not the president of the United States of America.

The same media that told me Hillary Clinton had a 95% chance of winning now tells me Trump's approval ratings are low.

"The problem with socialism is that sooner or later you run out of other people's money."- Margaret Thatcher

Maxine Waters opposes voter ID laws; She thinks that they are racist. You need to have a photo ID to attend her town hall meetings.

President Trump said - "They're not after me. They're after you. I'm just in their way."

I liked Tim Allen when I knew him as a Ford Mustang Racecar driving, once had a cocaine habit, funny actor guy. It is refreshing to know he is slightly right leaning.

He just got back to me. Looks like I’m voting for Neil Parrott :/

“Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your thoughts with me about gun reform. This is an issue weighing heavily upon the minds of so many Americans, including myself, who feel that we can no longer stand by as gun violence and tragic mass shootings take the lives of innocent people. The epidemic of shootings in schools, houses of worship, and workplaces has to stop. Congress must act and write laws that will keep our families safe.

The House has taken action to protect our communities. Back in February of 2019, we passed H.R. 8 and H.R. 1112, two bills to help keep guns out of the wrong hands. H.R. 8 would require a background check for every firearm sale, and H.R. 1112 would close the so-called “Charleston loophole.” These critical bills would help address both gun violence and gun suicide, the cause behind two-thirds of total gun deaths in 2017.

In order for these bills to advance, the Senate must do its part. But Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell refuses to listen to the great majority of Americans who support these laws. Instead, he’s standing in the way of progress by preventing them from passing. This is bad policy and bad leadership. I am calling on Senator McConnell to do the right thing for our country and bring these bills to the Senate floor for a vote.

But, we can’t stop there. The House Judiciary Committee also advanced legislation to ban high-capacity magazines, empower states to help law enforcement keep guns out of the hands of unstable individuals, and block those convicted of hate crimes from purchasing destructive weapons. These measures are vital, and none of them will interfere with eligible citizens’ rights to purchase firearms for hunting, sport, or other legitimate uses. As your representative, I will continue to protect our communities and fight for common sense legislation to prevent future incidents of violence.

I am sorry we disagree on this issue. Please know that I am honored to represent constituents with diverse viewpoints. I hope you continue to keep in touch.

Again, thank you for taking the time to contact me about this important issue. Your comments help me to better represent Maryland's 6th District. If you need further assistance, please call my office at (301) 926-0300.“

Can you name who you feel these adults are from either party?

If they existed I would. That’s the problem, both parties are just opposite sides of the same coin. They both have their dangerous fringes, they both use identity politics, they both use hot button issues to keep the populace divided as a tool to retain power.

    Some fixes to the problem:
    -Term limits
-No making business or financial moves with insider information
-No deficit spending without limits (paying legislators last or some other penalty that ties fiscal solvency to legislative pay)
-A federal sales tax in lieu of the income tax (businesses and people only pay taxes when they buy goods and services)
Repeal the NFA empower citizens to defend themselves
    - Empower the CDC, NIH, and FBI to partner on studies violent crime in this country so we can actually solve the issues instead of these false “War on Drugs” type of strategies that just make violent criminals wealthy and public systems corrupt
    - Legalize and tax drugs

A candidate that stood for these types of changes in government would have my full support.

    Absolutely not.

CDC? NIH? They need to keep their paws out of it. Violent crime is NOT a disease nor is it a health issue. Unless you want them to institute a national gun ban policy to fight/cure what they clearly would LOVE to call a disease.

FBI? They need to get back to doing their job. Investigate, Target, Pursue violations and violators of felony crimes conducted across state lines.

Agree to disagree. The status quo on steroids you’re proposing has served absolutely no one well.

    Status quo? No.
That would suggest that they were currently performing their intended function. They are not. They need to return to their intended mission and focus on their jobs... for a change.

Involving the CDC and NIH in any attempt to address the issue of crimes committed with firearms... is a ploy straight out of the Gun Control Handbook. They believe it to be a “disease” which is curable by banning all private ownership of firearms. Why carry their mail for them?

You’re missing the point. Violence and criminality are in fact symptoms of other problems. So the folks best suited for those types of studies should be the ones at the for front. It’s never been about guns.

What about all of the other points I included? Or is it just the violence studies that you disagree about?

No... You are not getting the point.

WE know that violence is not about the guns.

However, CDC and NIH are FILLED with folks who demand that we see "gun violence" as a disease. And to them.. the sole cure for that disease... is a total ban on privately owned firearms.

Giving them any stage upon which to sell their "studies" (and we ALL know what the results of those studies will be) is to give them some measure of authoritative position which they do not merit. Yet they will take is as a mandate to action. They see this from the perspective that everything harmful (crime) is a curable disease. It is their "hammer"... it is all they have... and we become just another nail.

Let them stay in their lane. They need to deal with health issues... APART from ANYTHING having to do with firearms. If that is physical or mental heath... it is STILL where they should focus their attention.

Keep their grubby gun banning paws away from the 2A.

To be clear I did not specify “gun violence” I said violence and meant all kinds. But like I said, agree to disagree.

I have never set forth any conditions of mandatory agreement for the pupose of discussion. I have no issues with agreeing to disagree.

I am only concerned in this matter as it applies to the already professed claim of many anti gun health providers and researchers who believe that it is their duty to protect us from ourselves by promoting the notion that "gun violence is a disease" and therefore the cure is the removal of all guns.

Health Officials need to stay in their lane... deal with health matters. Guns are not a health matter. Nor are knives, hammers, screwdrivers, or any other tool.

If they are brought in and engaged for the purpose of conducting studies into violence... They WILL most certainly use such a platform to sell wholesale Gun Control. It is their nature. Therefore... DON'T give them that dais.

WE have enough laws and regulations to last us into the next century. TOO many in fact. We do not need a new "study" telling us that we need more laws and regulations to further infringe upon out 2A rights. And sadly, That is the only hammer they have.

Violence and criminality are choices, not symptoms. The human race has always contained numbers of people who willingly choose violence and criminality as a life goal.

I would direct you to the Clintons, for one example; Stalin, Hitler, Chavez and other sociopaths who gravitate toward politics to fulfill their true nature. Lesser criminals abound as well, but seldom have as much influence on the lives of others.

It can be argued that there is some measure of necessity in having such people around; it staves off stagnation, and the mayhem they support has led routinely to the actual technological advancement of the human race.

What many would term evil is not necessarily a product of culture, upbringing, or any other cause beside personal preference. It remains within the capacity of every human being, and to struggle with it is the primary task of every sentient being.

No. The CDC, NIH, or the FBI is going to solve “gun violence”
Surely you know that (at least until a year ago) that violent crime with a firearm has plummeted in this country. The CDC and NIH bs will only end up with those in power to call for confiscation.
You want to fix it? Start enforcing the damn law. Put criminals in prison. Stop giving welfare to people for life. These are PROVEN methods, the issue is fewer and fewer politicians with the balls to actually to their f’ing job.
